Appellant, Harold E. Carr, appeals from the September 19, 2019 order denying his motion for leave to file a post-trial motion nunc pro tunc. We vacate the September 19, 2019 order, as well as the May 18, 2020 entry of judgment on the non-jury verdict, and remand the case with instructions.
