Buchanan Associates, LLC (Buchanan) appeals from the February 28, 2019 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (trial court), which sustained the University Area Joint Authority's (Authority) preliminary objections and dismissed Buchanan's first amended class action complaint. We affirm.
