Michael Chabot ("Landlord") appeals from the judgment entered on March 7, 2017, against him and in favor of John Nitardy and Laurie Nitardy (collectively, the "Tenants"). We affirm the judgment in part, vacate in part, and remand for proceedings consistent with this Opinion.
