In this appeal by allowance, we granted allocatur to consider, inter alia, the collateral order doctrine and whether a plaintiff in a civil personal injury action has the right to have counsel present and to record a neuropsychological examination of that plaintiff by a defendant's neuropsychologist under Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 4010.
