Joseph David Sweitzer, Jr., appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed on February 7, 2017, in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. A jury found Sweitzer guilty of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession with intent to deliver (PWID), and possession of drug paraphernalia.1
