Cary (Cary) petitions this Court for review of the November 18, 2015 order of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, State Board of Medicine (Board), which adopted a hearing examiner's adjudication recommending that the Board deny Cary's application for licensure as a behavior specialist, and rejected her exceptions to the hearing examiner's adjudication.
