This appeal comes to us following resentencing conducted pursuant to our May 8, 2015 decision vacating and remanding for that purpose. In our prior decision, we sua sponte vacated judgment of sentence, finding that Appellant's mandatory minimum sentence, imposed pursuant to 18 Pa.C.S. § 7508, was illegal.
