Before the court is a motion of Petitioner, David Stodghill, seeking judgment on the pleadings. In his pro se petition for review, and in this motion, Stodghill asks us to order the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) to consider him for parole or, otherwise, to order his release.
