The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County order, which denied the Commonwealth's petition for a writ of certiorari, from the order entered in Municipal Court granting Appellee, Tarique Wilson's Motion to Suppress Evidence.
