OPINION BY BOWES, J.:

The Commonwealth appeals the order terminating the probationary aspect of Mario Dustin Concordia's county intermediate punishment sentence of ninety days incarceration and five years probation. We vacate the order and remand for additional proceedings consistent with this decision.
