Appellants, Louis Freeh and Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, LLP (collectively "Freeh Sporkin"), appeal from the trial court's order to stay the filing of the complaint filed by Appellee, Graham B. Spanier, until the completion of Spanier's criminal proceedings.
