Charles Greenawalt (Claimant) petitions for review of the order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a Workers' Compensation Judge's (WCJ) dismissal of his claim petition on the ground that he failed to meet his burden of proving Pennsylvania is the proper forum for his workers' compensation claim. Claimant asserts the WCJ and the Board misapplied Section 305.2 of the Workers' Compensation Act
