Appellant, Curtis Allee Williams, Jr. ("Williams") appeals from the trial court's May 16, 2011 judgment of sentence imposing 5 to 10 years of incarceration for aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. Williams argues that the trial court erred in excluding evidence of the blood alcohol content ("BAC") of the victim, Harrison Purdy ("Purdy"), a witness at trial.
