OPINION BY DONOHUE, J.:
Appellant, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("the Commonwealth"), appeals from the trial court's order granting the petition of Appellee, Dennis Joseph Sampolski ("Sampolski"), to enjoin the requirement that he register pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9799.10 et seq. ("SORNA"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's order.
