Natasha Young (Claimant), a Pennsylvania resident, was injured in a motor vehicle accident while in Delaware in the course and scope of her employment and received Workers' Compensation (WC) benefits pursuant to the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act (Act)1 as a result. Thereafter, Claimant filed a third-party action, in Delaware, against the Delaware driver and received $160,000.00 to settle that action...
