The Department of Transportation (DOT) petitions for review of the April 8, 2013, adjudication of the State Civil Service Commission (Commission), which sustained Santo Bocchinfuso's appeal challenging his removal from employment with DOT. The Commission reversed DOT's decision to remove Bocchinfuso and ordered that Bocchinfuso be retroactively suspended without pay, effective July 2, 2012, pending investigation and final resolution...
