Christopher Roney ("Appellant") appeals from the denial of his petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act1 ("PCRA"), following his conviction of first-degree murder and other offenses, the imposition of a sentence of death, and this Court's affirmance of his judgment of sentence.
