OPINION BY WECHT, J.:

Roberto Delvalle ("Appellant") appeals from the September 9, 2011, judgment of sentence. We affirm.

In its Pa.R.A.P. 1925(a) opinion, the trial court set forth the salient facts of this case as follows:
