Appellants Kenneth Pisieczko and Doris Pisieczko, h/w, appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which granted the petition of Appellee Children's Hospital of Philadelphia ("CHOP") to dismiss Appellants' civil case pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens.
