Mansfield Brothers Painting and Selective Insurance Company of America (Employer) petition for review of an adjudication of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) granting the claim petition of John German (Claimant). The Board affirmed the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) that Claimant was injured on Employer's premises when he fell while walking to the train station after work.
