OPINION BY STEVENS, P.J.

The Commonwealth appeals from the March 26, 2012 Order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing the criminal charges filed against Appellee Miguel Garcia and discharging him.1 The Commonwealth argues the trial court erred in dismissing the charges on the basis the Commonwealth failed to comply with the discovery order, which directed the Commonwealth to turn over DC numbers
