This matter comes before the Court on remand from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania following its vacatur of our prior decision, which affirmed the trial court's judgment of sentence. The Supreme Court based its order on our conclusion that Stays had failed to preserve his challenge under the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment.
