Reading Anthracite Company ["Appellant"] appeals the March 7, 2012 judgment entered following a jury verdict. The jury found Appellant in breach of its contract with Empire Trucking ["Empire"] in the amount of $299,495.18 and found Appellant to have intentionally interfered with Empire's contractual relationships.
