Christopher Williams petitions for review of the Order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying Williams' Petition for Administrative Appeal challenging the Board's calculation of his parole violation maximum sentence date as March 15, 2013. On appeal, Williams argues that because he was deemed eligible by the sentencing court for the State Intermediate Punishment (SIP) program,1
