Calvin Edwards (hereinafter "Appellant") appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on December 16, 2009, at which time he was sentenced to an aggregate term of forty-two and one-half (42 ½) years to eighty-five (85) years in prison after he was found to be in violation of the terms of his probation.
