This is an appeal from an order of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) in a mandamus action denying a request to compel the Bucks County Board of Assessment (Board of Assessment) to assign a Parcel Identification Number (PIN) to a portion of an existing property under the Uniform Parcel Identifier Law.1 We affirm.
