The Commonwealth appeals from the Order of March 16, 2012, which granted Appellees', Curtis D. Arthur, Jasmine Demi Thompson, and Ryan J. Ladson-Singleton,1 motion to suppress the results of a Global Positioning System (GPS) device.2 We reverse and remand.
