In this landlord tenant action, Gwendolyn Bullock-Freeman and Morris J. Freeman (the Tenants) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas that denied the Freemans' petition to satisfy an award of rent by the Philadelphia Municipal Court and an emergency motion to allow their continued occupancy of their rented house upon paying back rent and costs as documented on the writ of possession.
