Douglas J. Miller (Claimant) petitions, pro se, for review of the February 17, 2012, order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (UCBR) affirming and adopting the referee's determination that Claimant was financially ineligible for benefits pursuant to section 404 of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 We affirm.
