Leo R. Bosch (Claimant) petitions for review of the April 5, 2012 order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which affirmed a referee's determination that Claimant is ineligible for benefits pursuant to section 401(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 We affirm.
