OPINION BY OLSON, J.

Appellant, Christopher Anthony Lowry, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered April 6, 2011, sentencing him to, inter alia, 14 to 36 months' incarceration, followed by four years' consecutive probation, for convictions of accidents involving death or personal injury1 and summary offenses of operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility2 and careless driving.
