In this consolidated appeal,1 the Commonwealth appeals from the Court of Common Pleas' July 5, 2011 order. That order granted the petitions filed by Appellees Esheem Haskins ("Haskins") and Jerome King ("King") pursuant to the Post-Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"), 42 Pa. C.S. §§ 9541-46, and awarded each of them a new trial. Following careful review, we reverse.<...
