The Pennsylvania State University (Perm State) and The PMA Insurance Group (collectively, Employer) petition for review of a Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) order, dated November 18, 2011, which affirmed the decision of a workers' compensation judge (WCJ) awarding fatal claim benefits to Sandra Rabin (Claimant). We affirm.
