Employer Port Authority of Allegheny County petitions for review of three June 20, 2011, orders of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board).2 The Board reversed a referee's three decisions which modified regular unemployment benefits, denied emergency unemployment benefits and supplemental disability benefits and found overpayments subject to recoupment....
