This is a direct appeal from a Commonwealth Court order setting aside the nomination petition of Andrew Gales ("Candidate") as a Democratic Candidate for Pennsylvania State Representative in the 57th Legislative District.1 On April 4, 2012, this Court reversed the order of the Commonwealth Court, directed that Candidate's name be printed on the April 24, 2012...
