Morris Steckel (Claimant) petitions for review of the Order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed the determination of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Claimant's Claim Petition. Claimant challenges the WCJ's finding that he was a stationary employee and argues that the WCJ erred as a matter of law in determining that Claimant was not within the course and scope of his employment when he was injured...
