Michael Sladisky (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying his reinstatement petition. In doing so, the Board reversed the Workers' Compensation Judge's (WCJ) decision that Claimant was entitled to a reinstatement of total disability benefits because his light-duty job, funded by Allegheny Ludlum Corporation...
