Kenneth Cordell (Cordell) petitions this Court for review of the August 3, 2011 determination of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) that denied his claim that the March 1, 2011 parole revocation hearing was untimely. Finding no error in the determination and that it is supported by substantial evidence, we affirm.1
