Bret Howard Reber (Husband) appeals from the final divorce decree and order of equitable distribution in which the trial court awarded Andrea Lynn Reiss (Wife) the frozen pre-embryos1 created from Husband's sperm and Wife's eggs. Upon review, we affirm.
