Towamencin Township ("Township") appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, which affirmed the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Towamencin Township ("ZHB") that granted variances to Drew R. Bechtel ("Property Owner") and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a/ AT & T Mobility ("AT & T"), here the intervenor/appellee. Upon review, we affirm.
