OPINION BY PLATT, J.:

The Commonwealth appeals from the order entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County granting Appellee Brian Lee Anderson's motion to suppress evidence. We reverse and remand.

On August 8, 2007, police officers were investigating a burglary when they noticed a hole in Appellee's apartment door and smelled marijuana inside the apartment. Through the hole, they saw a pair of feet, but no one answered the door when they knocked...
