Diana Dillinger (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB), dated March 31, 2011, which reversed the decision of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) to grant Claimant's petition to amend the description of her work injury to include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and dismiss as moot her claim petition for aggravation of her PTSD.
