Richard Palaschak (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) refusing to reinstate his total disability benefits because his petition was untimely filed. The Board held that Claimant's request for reinstatement was untimely because it was filed more than 500 weeks after the date on which his disability benefits were suspended.
