Chambersburg Hospital (Employer) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) granting Jacqueline K. Seville's (Claimant) claim for benefits under the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).2 In doing so, the Board affirmed the decision of the Referee that Claimant was not ineligible for benefits under Section 402(e) of the Law, 43 P.S. § 802(e),
