Ruben Pardo appeals from his judgment of sentence, entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Pike County, after entering an open guilty plea to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.1 The charges stemmed from two drug buys that occurred among Pardo, his cohorts and an undercover Pike County Police Officer on October 15 and 17, 2008.
