Appellant, Dreemz, LLC, ("Dreemz") appeals from the order entered December 6, 2010, denying Dreemz' post-trial motion. We affirm.

The pertinent facts are as follows. On November 4, 2006, 23 year old Brynne Schuenemann ("decedent"), consumed alcohol at Dreemz, a bar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
