OPINION BY FREEDBERG, J.:

The Commonwealth appeals1 from the order entered on March 11, 2010, and docketed on April 14, 2010, by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which granted the motion to preclude the juvenile sexual assault victims from testifying filed by Appellee Jose Pena. We reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand.
