OPINION BY COLVILLE, J.:

This case is an appeal from the order designating Appellant a sexually violent predator ("SVP") under 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9795.4. He contends that, because the aforesaid statute requires SVP assessments to be conducted before sentencing, the court in this case erred by having his assessment done after he was sentenced. He also contends the evidence was insufficient to support the SVP designation....
