Appellant, Stephen Lee Glacken ("Glacken"), appeals pro se from the December 29, 2010 order dismissing his first petition pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. We quash.
