This is a Commonwealth appeal from the trial court's order granting part of Lazaro Rodriguez-Baez's (Defendant) motion to suppress. The Commonwealth claims that the trial court erred in suppressing Appellant's statements because at the time that Appellant made the statements, the police had given him Miranda warnings.
